The sheep carcass were found at the cattle shed of villager Pratap Das this morning along with three more sheep being critically injured in the attack.

Das, who had taken loan from a bank and bought a total of 40 sheep, is now in a state of despair as this is the second time that his flock of sheep has been killed. Earlier in the month, 12 more sheep were killed from his cattle shed.

Meanwhile, the villagers have threatened to launch agitation if the government does not take immediate step to help them.
